"Crazy Cash" - Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in PartyGaming’s “Crazy Cash Promotion” promotion (the “Promotion”) you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our PartyCasino.com, PartyPoker.com, PartyGammon.com, PartyBingo.com and PartyBets.com (the “Brand(s)”) terms and conditions of use (collectively the “Rules”).
  2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
    1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
    2. have successfully completed registration on any of the PartyGaming Brand websites and deposited a minimum of ten United States Dollars (US $10) to open a “real money player” account (“Player Account”); and
    3. not be domiciled in Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Burma, China, Cook Islands, Cuba, France, Guatemala, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria or the United States of America or such other country that PartyPoker may chose in its absolute discretion to add or remove from this list from time-to-time;
    (a “Qualifying Player”)
  3. The “Qualifying Deposit” shall mean a minimum of one hundred United States Dollars (US $100)
  4. You may only make one Qualifying Deposit during the Promotion Period.
  5. The "Promotion Period" will mean from 00:00hrs ET on January 8 2009 until 23:59hrs ET on the January 9 2009 or until such time as PartyGaming terminates this Promotion
  6. The “Promotional Bonus” will mean the sum of ten per cent (10%) of the Qualifying Deposit.
  7. During the Promotion Period Qualifying Players who have made a Qualifying Deposit, will be entitled to the Promotional Bonus if they wager their Qualifying Deposit on real money gaming on PartyCasino.com (including for the avoidance of doubt the Blackjack tables on PartyPoker.com) and the balance of their Player Account falls below five United States Dollars (US $5)
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, no Promotional Bonus will be due to a Qualifying Player where, amongst other things they (i) withdraw the Qualifying Deposit without meeting the wagering requirements; (ii) they make a reverse cash-out of the Qualifying Deposit or (iii) if the reduction in the balance of the Player Account is due to balance transfer through Tell-a-Friend or such other intra-account transfer.
  9. Any Promotional Bonus accrued by a Qualifying Player will be paid into the Player's Account on the third of every month. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Bonus can be wagered on any of the PartyGaming Brands and/or cashed out.
  10. If a non-Qualifying Player receives a Promotional Bonus and this is realized after the fact, PartyGaming reserves the right to forfeit the Promotional Bonus and /or seek the return of the value of the Promotional Bonus from the player.
  11. Neither the employees of PartyGaming or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  12. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to sign if asked, a release form allow PartyGaming and its group to use your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world without further compensation.
  13. PartyGaming reserves the right to amend the entry process to the Promotion.
  14. PartyGaming reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
  15. PartyGaming and its group companies may use the information that you provide during the registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.
  16. PartyGaming reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.  PartyGaming may make changes to the Rules (including the Terms and Conditions) and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page.  We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly.  By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
  17. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by PartyGaming’s management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
  18. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond the control of PartyGaming, PartyGaming shall incur no liability and no Promotional Bonus will be awarded.
  19. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
